• Fulfilment of legal obligations (accounting) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
• Marketing and newsletter — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)

Recipients

DevelGuru clients (candidates only with your knowledge), IT service providers (Cloudflare, Google, Atlassian), accounting and legal advisers. Transfers outside the EU are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

• Candidate data: 2 years from the last contact
• Contractual documentation: 10 years (accounting regulations)
• Contact forms: up to 3 years

Your rights

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

Automated decision-making

We use AI tools for preliminary candidate matching. Final decisions are always made by a human. We do not apply automated decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR.
